Online Customer Support (Cambodia)
Job Description
- • Providing superior Live Chat support to customers requests and inquiries, review and approve every transactions.
- • Able to handle daily Live Chat customers timely and accurately with company’s service standard.
- • Interact with other department to resolve customer issues.
- • Assist superior in online marketing & promotions and carry out any tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- • Age : 18-35 years old
- • Nationality : Malaysian
- • Candidates must posses at least Secondary/SPM/O level, Certificate or equivalent in any field.
- • Required languages: English, Chinese and Malay.
- • Possess good typing skills in English, Mandarin and Malay.
- • Responsible, self-disciplined with focus on excellent customer service.
- • Ability to multi-task and with good attention to detail.
- • Candidate must be willing to work in Cambodia
- • Willing to work on shift rotation, including night shift.
- • With or without experience, on-job training will be provided.
Working hour
- • 6 days per week
- • 12 hours shift schedules
- • 1 rest day every week
Benefits:
- • Salary – 1000 USD per month
- • Meal Allowance – 200 USD per month
*Total package estimated RM5,000 per month - • Accommodations – 2-4 pax shared room,5-10 minutes walk from the office.
- • Air Ticket – The company provides a round trip ticket every 6 months.
- • Annual Leave – 14 days paid annual leave every 6 months
- • Medical – 300 USD per year
